I'm 16 years old and was diagnosed with depression at 15 and I went through a very hard time where the only thing keeping me from committing suicide was that I didn't want to disappoint my family and I didn't want to cause anyone else to feel like I did. I did a lot of inter personal therapy but I am now on medication which I wasn't too sure about at first when my doctor recommended it but now I've realised its what best as I can't go on living life feeling depressed.
