Hi bad anixerty shake jecks all day ... head feel losing my mind .. feel crap dizzy b.but read on Internet ms like this now scared ms not anixerty as get can't remember things but wonder if cos om world my own as worried sick got camra have done fri don't now what results be xxx

Hi numb I am sorry you are feeling so anxious. Have you had tests done to make sure nothing physical is wrong. Maybe you should ask for some.

There are 2 anxiety sites on Health Unlocked and you might find more empathy on there. One is under 'Anxiety' and the other one is 'Living with Anxiety'. x
