Does anyone take 45mg mirtzazapine and has it given you weight gain?

Hi,

I did take that amount, down to 30mg now. I did gain a little weight, four pounds. I think if you are aware of the weight gain issue then you choose foods better. I recommend upping the veg and fruit which is what I did. I kept raw carrots, celery, etc ready in the fridge.

Thanks for your reply I think I will keep fruit to snack on and I might see if my Doctor can recommend a different sedating antidepressant that does not put on weight. Hugs 1darkangel X
