bilateral tubal occlusion,IVF only option ?

I had a laproscopic surgery done. Dr said both tubes are blocked and scarred. Ivf only option. I like reading and found some articles said unblock tubes naturally without surgery is possible,so what's the best alternative treatment to instead of IVF ? I'm live in chinatown,usa,so how's the TCM Herbal Medicine ? Thanks !
