Hi You are very lucky and wish you further speedy recovery. For me, having had circumcision since 23 Jan 23, now almost 16 months, I remain totally, wholly and completely grounded with hypersensitivity and no erections. If you get chance please read all my concerns. You will be shocked.

I have to wonder if some how they damaged the pudendal Nerve or the main internal pudendal artery . I had a very hypersensitive penis for a few years I started using Larouche posey Ciclaplast balm B5 on it and had gotten back to normal sensation. Please have the pudendal nerves and artery checked, urology can do a ultrasound on the penis while using an injection to induce a erection this scan can show leaks as well as other issues causing erection loss , if there is issues with the corpus cavernosum you still have option pumps can be installed to give you a lasting erection . I wish you luck and I feel your pain I was with out erections for a couple year and my penis atrophied and shrank after my issues resolved I regained back my length over time .

Hi Thank you so much for your kind feedback. To be honest with you, as you know we are not medically qualified with no knowledge, however, when I recently saw the Neurologist, I was then referred to another Uro Neurologist. There are just a few of them in the UK. I have no doubt, something seriously went wrong, hence I have been completely, totally and wholly grounded, now it will be soon 16 months since this procedure was carried out. Let us see what happens as I did search online, it does state any damage to the nerve will have a major effect and impact with erections. I must say I have been traumatised and devastated.

I actually work in urology I’m a registered nurse . Get with your Dr and ask the definitive question do they think your sensation and erections will return if not look into further options for penile implant to give you the long erection and also look into shockwave therapy this has shown sign to help improve sensation and regain erections , there are plenty of options still left . The hardest thing is now letting go and fixing the problem. I have been in your shoes never lose hope .

Hi it's so nice & kind of you for some more recommendations & feedback, thank you so much. Please allow me to update you briefly this unexpected, unknown, unimaginable situation I have been facing and traumatised for more than 16 months now since circumcision was carried out. I have seen at least 4 GPs, 2 Urologists, 1 Neurologist & finally have been referred to the Uro- Urologist. None of them can pinpoint & bring me back where I was previously & prior to the procedure was carried out. Everything has been done, but unsuccessful. I am counting the last resort from the Uro-Urologist. I have no doubt the nerve has been damaged, no signal is sending to have erections, there is no flow of blood, hence I am completely & totally grounded. The only reason I had the circumcision was I was frightened that with the tight foreskin skin, known as phimosis, will develop cancer. I had gone to see for the ED., no other symptoms. There is no medical history, I had no pain, bleeding, enjoyed my sex drive (was 75% active, 25% inactive).

Also there was a second procedure carried out at the same time as I had stopped ejeculating. Can you believe it, unknown to me this procedure was carried out by a Radiologist? I didn't know but learnt at a later date. There was no consent obtained, there was no authority from my insurer. Prior to both procedures, FYI, previously I had been seen by 4 different Urologists & 4 different GPs for the ED, obviously they all examined me, none of them recommended any procedures for the tight foreskin, none of them frightened me of developing cancer.

I urge everyone based with my unforgettable and unforgiven experience, always please seek a second opinion.

Please accept my apologies for any typo errors, am using my mobile.

I’m wondering if you have retrograde ejaculation means instead of shooting out it shoots back into the bladder . I think for you, my best advice would be stop seeking Medical answers and start getting legal counsel with legal representative. You might get answers faster than trying to do this on your own and I would be seeking damages for everything that you went through as well as emotional distress.

One last recommendation is a Neurosurgeon not just neurologist also look into phoenix device at home shockwave therapy it’s with a shot to try for a while and see if you can regain sensation. You’re in my thoughts man !

Thanks for your reply. Having seen the Neurologist, I am seeing the Uro-Urologist for Pudendal neuralgia ( I wrote it on a piece of paper) any idea please?

My GP & other Consultants are completely & totally lost. I am counting the support from the Uro Urologist, hope he can pinpoint the actual cause. Can you believe it, since there is no flow of blood, there is no energy in my penis as if my bones & nerves are broken and damaged to masturbat, where is the question of any erections?
