hi guys I had circumcision and the fren was takes out us well it’s around 17 days now. I was trying to get erected yesterday with my partner of course it wasn’t like rubbing hard on penis it was just slow and the feeling was unreal after 17 days but when penis was erected and I was about to ejaculate I noticed that my penis glans was very puffy I would say and looked swollen and the sperm didn’t come out it was so painful I mean I told my wife to stop when the sperm almost came out and didn’t ejaculate felt like sperm was left in urethra but it was just painful I also have a smaller pee hole which would mean stenosis but am just worried that when it gets erected and I want to ejaculate the penis glans are so puffy and hard looks swollen when penis comes back down it’s normal again

17 days is too soon to be thinking about having sex of any kind. Although things might look ok on the outside, there is a lot of healing still going on inside.The norm is 6 weeks and even then some people find it difficult, depending on how fast they heal.

I found that even after the 6 weeks, my penis would go very red and puffed up with any kind of activity.

I know that's frustrating cos you just want to get back to normal

I though so am just needing sex am not gone lie man I am so horny and it’s so hard I don’t know how other man are taking it but it’s hard for me so your saying that when very erected it’s normal for the penis glans to swollen up than of course it goes down but just when almost sperm came out that was painful and did let anything out my glans felt like they gone explode lol

Yes it is hard not to do what comes naturally, but your penis needs time to heal properly. You're not alone, I found it really frustrating, especially when getting night erections and not being able to do anything with them and the lack of sex drove me crazy. Don't know if everyone had the swelling and redness when erect, but I did for a couple of weeks even after things looked healed

I wholeheartedly agree that the penis, like any other part of the body,, needs time to heal following the trauma of the operation. If it is not given that time then healing may take longer or it could result in permanent damage.

Yes although it was 4 years ago, I remember it well and thought it would never come right. Glad I waited though as have heard a couple of guys who masturbated too soon and split the skin, setting the healing back.

Yep, can confirm that my head goes super big when erect right now. I think it's just swelling and should go down in time. I'm bang on 6 weeks right now, so imagine that over the next 6 weeks that will all subside. Fingers crossed anyway... it looks enormous... but maybe that's what it always looked like under the condom... hard to tell.

Yes mine looked bigger as well and though it did go down it's still bigger than before the circumcision. Think the head was getting squashed by the foreskin.

have to pleasure yourself in ways you did as a kid when you first discovered you had a thing down there that was feeling horny, it will take longer to ejac but you can do it until you do, not sure if it would work the same since you now have no fren.. do not know why you would do that, that is the pleasure center

17 days! Way too soon. Need to wait 6 weeks before doing anything. In terms of appearance and puffiness this could take 2-3 months to have it look fully normal
