Pelvic spasmn and loss of erection

While erected and masturbating/having sex my pelvic floor does a spasm (the same spasm it does when we ejaculate, like the *pushing thing*) and it drops my erection. I can get harder after but it wont be the same and later on I will ejaculate. Any ideas? I have consulted a doctor but he said that it is hard to be a pelvic floor because I am way too young. Should I not see an urologorist, but a Proctologist because they are involved with the pelvic floor. Although I think urologists are too

You will need to see an appropriate specialist who can arrange the appropriate tests etc.
