I am 3 months post cut. My scar is still red and I have a little lump where the frenulum was. Is this normal.

Still got a little ridge on the top side of my penis.

Everyone heals differently and if the scar is just red in colour but not sore then it may well be ok but my advice on things like this is if you are not sure visit your GP and get the reassurance you need just for peace of mind.

Hope everything works out.

Was for me. Much of that healed over time. Probably a year.

Did the lumps go away. Or

Did they stay

Mine will be 3 months also on Friday and I still have a little lump in the same area as you mentioned but I know it is getting smaller. Still a little red around the scar area but that too is diminishing. My doctor says it takes 6 monthes for the final look to result. So far, I am really happy. Love the look and feel of it.

Hey, did you face any hypersensitivity? If yes, how many days it took to get normal

I did. Had it for about 2 weeks.

Still have some ever so often. But not bad.

Defo best thing I ever have done. No regrets

Cool, I am on 7th week but still bit hypersensitive specially at the tip.

Although I kept my glans covered till zsr ring was there. Started exposing it from 2 weeks only. Any recommendations to make it drop quickly?

I had zero hypersensitivity. In fact it's a little less senisitve except where the frenulum was. It's still about the same.

Were you able to expose glans before getting operated?

Yes, I could pull it back fully without any problems at all. I normally kept it pulled back all of the time because I liked the look and feel. This is likely why it was not hypersensitive since surgery.

Yep that's the reason. For me, my glans was never exposed. I couldn't retract my foreskin due to severe phimosis. Now my glans started to keratinize but still sensitive near tip. Hope it gets better with time.
