Issue with redness on glans, post circumcision

Howdy. I’m approx 7 weeks post circ, and at this point I’m just waiting for the scar line to recover and the bumps to go away which I know can take a lot of time.

Another issue is I have developed a rash/redness on part of my glans, and this is from balantis I believe, which is why I got circumcised in the first place.

The redness is just not showing signs of going away. It doesn’t hurt, nor does it itch. But the area is drying up and causing some flaking. Doesn’t look great, that’s my concern. I went to the surgeon yesterday and she told me everything was healing properly, and that it should go away with time. But having seen no improvements for weeks, I’m getting impatient.
