This is probably really hard to explain. I am not entirely sure that this is not normal, and I am just now noticing it. If I grab my penis and hold it at the head and stretch it straight out and hold it, if I tense it up, or contract my pelvic muscle or whatever I'm trying to say, it literally will pull back about an inch towards my body. Like something inside is literally pulling it in. I always thought if you tightened up, your penis would actually get a hair bigger, or at least nothing at all when it's not erect. But mine almost pops out of my hand if I barely hold it by the head and contract my pelvic muscles. I really don't think it's ever done that. Edit: I do want to mention that this only happens when not erect. I can and do get fully hard when the time comes. But I also notice my penis seems to have become slightly bent upwards when hard. I have been to a urologist to see about peyronies disease, but he literally felt nothing inside, as to scar tissue or anything. He just said to wait about 6 months to see if anything changes.

Penis Pulls Back When I Tense It Up.
It seems u have lot if anxiety for erection thats y instead of getting erection up it is going down. I also experience it sometimes while having sex that more stimulating environment is working against it.
Hi there,
If I have understood you properly, I don't think you have a problem.
When I tense my pelvic floor muscles, my penis tends to be pulled inwards and upwards a little too, so for me at least it's quite normal.
All good wishes,

I believe ur fine and normal. I'm 39, not a dr, my info is from reading as well as personal experience, im also bi/gay so ive seen my share of penises. And most men's penis have a slight to moderate curve when erect. Some curve up, left, right, or down, and some are straight. So the curve is no issue unless it's causing pain or it's curved to an extent that u have trouble having sex. I would DEFINITELY NOT recommend surgery for a slight to moderate curve surgery is painful, and poses a risk and possible complications!! And the other issue of when ur flaccid u flexing the 'pelvic muscle' (or whatever its called) causes ur flaccid penis to retract - i believe that is normal, that happens to me too and it has always done that, I think it happens to everyone. U can flex the same muscle when ur hard but it won't retract but it will cause ur hard penis to flex or jump
Oh and just to reply to ur other comment:
"I always thought if you tightened up, your penis would actually get a hair bigger"
Again this is from personal experience. If I'm hard and I flex my pelvic muscle it does not get longer or shorter, but it will kind if jump and does feel slughtly harder (or flexed) and also I notice that my head will get a lil bigger, like it's engorged with more blood, Or inflates while flexing. Only when I am flaccid does flexing cause my penis to retract. But supposedly pelvic muscle exercises are supposed to be good for u when done regularly, I think they improve erection strength, erection longevity, fight erectile dysfunction, etc.
Incedently the contractions if I understand correctly, from what you doing by contracting pelvic muscles, form the basis of Kegel excercises. These can be beneficial to do for men and women. I do them and it makes a difference in intensity snd strength during ejaculation. Crippling after ab work out for me as everything tenses up😄
Thank you, I really appreciate your advice!
