Now my bleeding has basically stopped, the head has kind if retracted into the skin and there is smegma or something developing that smells. I trying to clean but my God it's very uncomfortable to do. Is this normal, is this healing? I'm so scared and Panicked. Help please guys. 🙏

it really isn’t a problem buddy!! And it’ll keep the wound clean. NOTHING will ever be worse than night time boners so you’ve dealt with the worst already!
U definitely wanna see the dr asap! If it is infection u wanna catch it early to avoid possible permanent damage or complications! And the earlier its caught the better! Even if it's not infected see the dr to at the very least regain your peace of mind. Also I've read in multiple places that u DO NOT want to submerge your penis in water such as hot tub ir bath for the first 10-14 days min bcuz the incision site is not fully healed and still considered an open wound = not waterproof and if u allow that much water into your wound their us a high risk of infecrion.. showers are ok bcuz not submerged but try to limit to 5 min if possible.
Anyways go to dr asap! Let us know how it turns out. I pray everything works out for u
Update. It's day 23 and things are looking and feeling better. There was no infection, it was where they had shaved my pubic hair right above my willy, was all dead skin which has a smell, I showered straight away and got it off and have been treating and now it's fine and nothing smells. As for willy, he is much better, I have been showing every day for over a week and clean hime with warm soapy water and the with a wet warm quaze to make sure he's very clean. Still a bit swollen around him but so much better, no bleeding now and only a drip of fluid at night. Can drive, walk slowly and am going to go-to the office on Monday to see how I am. Thanks to you for all the amazing advice which helped so much. 😀 🙏😉
