Ballooning when urinating

If you experience this even if it's on a cold day etc is it a sure sign of some phimosis ?

Had this problem for seven years, it started off as a very tight foreskin (Phimosis) and eventually the opening of my foreskin got tighter and tighter and I ballooned when I peed this made it impossible to pee standing up as I had no control, so I had to sit every time I peed, I was sent to a urologist who recommended a full circumcision which I had in August this year and I have no regrets and I can pee in blissful peace again.

Hi Avata68. It sounds like we have had very similar experiences. I’m waiting to be booked in for circumcision after seeing the urologist. Glad it’s all worked out for you.

Ballooning of the foreskin when urinating is a sure sign of phimosis (which is defined simply as a foreskin that is too tight). Your urine should be able to flow out of the foreskin as fast as it is supplied to it. If not than a back pressure is applied to the bladder and ultimately the kidneys, which can be irrepairably damaged.

The ONLY sure, immediate and guaranteed permanent cure for phimosis is circumcision.

When I was born my mother noticed that each time I peed my foreskin ballooned alarmingly and I screamed in pain. I was circumcised and the problem was permanently cured. Playing about with steroid creams and trying to stretch the foreskin only prolongs the phimosis state and increases the possibility of permanent damage to your internal organs.
