Have you tried low intensity shockwave therapy? Look at that as an option.

Also I know you have had issues with Ed medication. Have you tried low dose 5mg cialis daily?

What about testosterone replacement like testogel?

I have done all three and have proven very helpful.

Only other thing could be a pinched nerve in your spine. Have you tried spinal manipulation or even acupuncture?

I hear you. Been ED since prostrate removed (cancer) almost 4 years ago. I did not follow up with recommended ED treatment partly because of my age (75) at tune. Also did not have regular partner and too depressed to try and hook up. Wish I had now. I would advise you to follow through with your urologist. The sooner you start I think there would be better chance of improving. Good luck.
