Chlamydia Urethra Self Swab test

I'm a straight guy in a socialist country so I had to say I was bi to get STDs without waiting a while and paying absurd money.

They of course made me take anal and oral tests for everything.

Everything was negative except Chlamydia was positive in my throat

The hotline cant figure out how I got it as I rarely even give oral to girls. He said its so unlikely that they would probably test again before giving antibiotics

Its a bummer because I got tested for a special girl who is visiting tomorrow and I won't likely get with again. The hot line basically said normal intercourse is safe but I dont trust the urine test because I peed like 45 minutes before maybe a but sooner. They didn't remind ke of that and I was expecting a swab which to my understanding is better if less time occured since urinating.

I found and ordered a self rapid urethra swab test from bol.com in the netherlands

My concerns are

How safe is self administering the test?

Can I have intercourse a few hours after? Last I recall it burns a bit after a swab?

Is it safe to have intercourse with a condom if I am negative for the penis but positive for the throat.
