Inner thigh to groin/testicle discomfort

Is there a main vain that connects from the upper inner thigh to the lower or underside of the scrotum? I’ve been getting a lot of discomfort in that area between my inner thigh and right testicle area. Feels almost like an inflamed vein or something. Happens more often after masturbation. Any input will help. I’m going to a Urologist next week and hopefully I can get some answers.

I've noticed the similar case, what feels like a vein running in that area on my right thigh. It would feel some discomfort also, and looks kind of enlarged, but doesn't seem like inflammation for me.

Forgot if I ever asked my urologist, but if I did, I believe he shrugged it off as nothing to worry about.

But I haven't noticed any discomfort for quite some time. I'm just now aware of that area is all.

So the urologist basically did an ultrasound sound of my bladder after he took a urine sample to send to the lab. He told me to make an appointment to get my testicle and scrotum ultrasound done and then possibly a cystoscopy to make sure everything is checked to find a resolution. Other than that I really didn’t get a solid answer, even tho he pressed on certain parts of my right testicle and I told him I was in discomfort while he was pressing on it. He still has no answer for me. So I think it’s going to be a process of elimination to get it all figured out.
