My penis head

Hi, I’m max, I am 25. Yes I have posted questions before on another profile.

I’m now not sure if my penis has phimosis or if my head swells. Probably both right? One because of the other? My foreskin doesn’t seem incredibly tight, but the head just becomes red quickly and looks like it’s swelling.

I’m guessing this is all the blood rushing there.

I also have another question, will continuing to pull back my foreskin back every day (to clean my penis thoroughly) eventually loosen the area?

Regular pulling back should help to stretch the skin. You could also try gently pulling the skin at the top of your foreskin regularly. using your fingers pull the skin around the 'pee hole' and hold for about 10 seconds each time. You can buy rings to insert for this but I have not tried and would recommend just using your fingers.

If the head is unusually red or blotchy I would advise going to visit your Doc'.

They will have seen it before so do not worry about it. better safe than sorry.
