am a bit stressed about my penis swelling around my head.. 3 days after circumcision. Should i be worried or its gonna go down okay?

If this is 3 days ago and it's this good looking, you have nothing to worry about bro. I am on day 22 and my swelling still on though lighter.Your surgery looks like it's 3 weeks old.

Surgeons describe surgery as " controlled assault " . To have the swelling after so few days is no worry, all part of healing process as fluid still probably in vessels.

No worries at all it can be swollen for weeks eventually it will go down...Just be patient..

Three days is no time at all, believe me . Your penis is looking remarkably clean and healthy, and I feel sure it's absolutely fine. Remember you've had a surgical procedure, and that will inevitably involve bruising and swelling of tissues both superficial and underlying and that takes time to heal fully and for the swelling to subside.

Please don't fret. Wait awhile, and what a handsome boy you'll be!!

Remember, though, no sex or masturbation for about six weeks; it may seem an eternity at the moment, but patience is a virtue and you don't want to risk damaging yourself or putting back your healing.
