Here's a picture of my penis. I'm 18 my circmucision was 3 weeks ago. My skin looks like it's connected directly to glans. I had phimosis from the birth. Also my glans were smaller than normal penis even before circumcision. So what do you think is it directly connected to glans or it's normal.

Your fine, it takes a couple of months for total recovery for circumcision.Welcome to the cut dick club..
Hi Mike, this is just how my sons looks too. It looks like it’s healing really well. He had phimosis too and is soooooo much better since he’s been circumcised. You will fine and it will be the start of a whole new adventure for you!! Xx😀
Thank you for responding
I recommend to do zsr circumcision which cut accurate.. I have done 30 days before and im completely back to normal life now.. The healing time will be depend on the technique used, pressure/sugar levels, higenene, your immunity etc.
I’d get it checked by the surgeon. Have you an appointment for a post op check? Mention it then. I don’t want to worry you but it sounds similar to how my teenage sons healed and now 7 months post op he’s going to need a further op to release these adhesions. If he’d been seen at your stage then cream might have solved it. Yours might be fine but it won’t hurt to get it checked. Good luck.
Hi Mike it's still healing and will take time but I'd like to have it checked anyway with the doctor. Because you had phimosis for so long some of the foreskin could have fused to the glans and made it difficult to circumcise. But you will be so much better now after having it done once everything heals up.
I'm thinking of going for a checkup in 4th week.
So that would be next week? that should be fine.In your photo is that the frenulum side of the glans? what does the other side look like?
Seems like you got a very high and tight cut which leaves no inner skin and the shaft skin is directly connected to the head...
