How to clean those spots??

Those below the ridge I don’t think so it is infection, it is just the buildup from the day post op because i could not even touch it in the starting days, so now i have started to clean it day by day by removing it with plucker!!

Is this normal??

I can easily take it out using plucker after bath, is sort of feels like scabs or dried dead skin!! I don’t know

Maybe if someone can help!!!!

These are reddish brown in colour, I don’t think so.. because what i have read is that ppp are not of this colour and moreover it can be removed by gentle scrubbing and it formed after i got circumcised maybe it is dead skin or something like that because i could not clean it properly post circumcision due to it being hyper sensitive, so i hope so… I hope so it is not harmful

It looks like you had ppp removed. My dr removed the little white bumps around the head of my dick when I got circumcised. It looks just like yours. If the Dr did do that when he was already working down there consider yourself lucky you got it done then than later. My dr used a laser. Here's a picture.
