so, every time i precum off of something, and my underwear is black, i think the black fabric rubs off onto my penis, and then if i take my penis out after that, the fabric is always on my foreskin, slightly, mixed in with the cum. its not like its stuck the underwear, its more like it WAS slightly stuck and then now took off the fabric and the fabric got stuck to the foreskin, i cant share a photo because im underage, but i looked everywhere, and no one else has had this issue. this isnt REALLY too much of a problem as it doesn't hurt, but when a girl wants to see my penis it will have this fabric all over it and she may be put off by it as it makes it look dirty.

any advice ??

I would suggest a change of underwear. The fabric shouldn’t be coming off and attaching to your penis unless they’re very new and shedding a bit of lint (in which case just wash them a few times).

Since I’ve been cut, mine sometimes gets a little stuck to underwear - but fabric never comes away and sticks to me!! Guess your underwear just is new or not well made buddy!! Try different underwear!
