45 days post op circumcision and Frenuloplasty

today the condition is like sensitivity is bearable without gauze , can say it would get better in 1-2 weeks to completely go without even noticing

general swelling is definitely down a bit but still there

Soreness at one site where swelling is present maybe it is like a bit of scar tissue present where the suture might not have been dissolved fully from inside or maybe any reason!! Does anyone know the reason that might be??

Can touch the whole incision site now with a very minor discomfort.

About the soreness at one site, is this normal post op??

This side of the penis has that soreness that i mentioned

This is semi erect stage

Frenulum area swelling is gone

Just like a ring is present around shaft when flaccid

Soreness is totally normal as for weeks now your tool might not function the way it would be, so it's in the mission to the normal function. Give some time too, you can test drive it after until 4/ 6 weeks.

M also 45 days from my operation can u help me by suggesting how to wear underwear because when anything rubs against my glands it causes a discomfort! how can i control sensitivity?

U should wrap a gauze around it and then wear underwear, nobody would ever come to know that something is not usual with u
