Foreskin retraction question

Does my foreskin become shorter over time if I leave it retracted ?

The same amount of skin remains. No difference of the length of foreskin.

but will this increase the foreskin opening over time to allow it to slide smoothly up and down during an erection ?

Yes. That is possible and very likely. Every time when a person retract their foreskin it helps with stretching it. That's normal procedure to teenager. <1% of boys under 10 yo need therapeutic alternative.

Mine did. I wore it back a while; it kinda shrunk and wouldn’t stay over head at all. So I ended up restretching mostly with trumpet mouthpiece; wear all day, gentle stretch and you can urinate through it. Don’t go to airport security with it….

Mine is permanently retracted and hasnt changed in length. I much prefer it retracted less irritation and definitely better hygiene. Better appearance as well - my wife agrees .
