Do I have to pull my foreskin back when I pee? What do others do? Looking for other opinions

I am not circumcised. I always pull back my foreskin when having a pee. After shaking the final drops off, my foreskin automatically covers my glans again. Works great for me and everything stays nice and clean.

Your parents ought to have taught you to retract your foreskin every time you have a pee. Doing so gives you much better directional control as well as ensuring that no urine is trapped inside the foreskin to smell bad and attract harmful bacteria.

Yes you must retract your foreskin when you pee or it will smell because of the trapped urine. I honestly don’t remember how old I was but my dad would have me retract slowly as far back as I could. It wasn’t until my 20’s that I realized that it didn’t retract all the way back and it was painful during sex. I was prescribed an ointment that eventually help me retract fully when peeing but it was still too tight to go fully back when erect.
