I got these strange red dots over my sack and on my penis (not the end part phew) and they wont leave, what should i do?

You didn't describe your situation much. Have you used a razor to cut your pubes? Then the red dots can be an infection on hair follicles. You can try to cure them by keeping the area dry and put talc on it. They normally heal within days.
