Hi am visiting my GP later today for a checkup as it's now day 14 after circumcision operation. I'm just wondering are their any creams that doctor's can prescribe to help with the sensativity on the gland of the penis head now it's exposed that I could ask for? Would be greatful of any recommendations and am based in the UK.

His advice will probably be get used to it, as time is the best 'healer'. There is the possibility you could try numbing agents that contain lidocaine, such as Elmla cream. This is often used on the skin of young children before an injection. Delay spray from sex shops has a similar effect. but really best option is to slowly introduce touch and light pressure so you become accustomed to it. Meanwhile wear tight underwear to keep things still.
Thanks for your reply, the Dr gave me nothing which wasn't really a surprise, I have tried wearing tight boxers and it was awful, I have now gone back to my loose boxers.
