Strange mark appeared for no reason?

I recently noticed a mark on the shaft of my penis, just behind the glands, it’s a bit bigger than a pen dot (say if you made a dot with a sharpie?). It has appeared out of no where, it’s on the upper side of the shaft so definitely would have noticed it. Kind of looks like a freckle, but you know, I haven’t shown it any sun! Doesn’t cause pain and hasn’t grown, more just curious if anyone else has experienced anything similar? Can a freckle randomly appear?

Nah I don’t think so, it definitely looks more like a freckle. There’s no elevation to it, and is kind of brown in colour
