Why is it only annoying at work?
I assume turtling penis is the same as buried penis? I'm 59 and since my circumcision last October I have a buried penis, though in truth only my foreskin projected out of my body prior to that. Does it give you discomfort? If you are carrying a bit of weight then diet and exercise will help, though I will admit that "spot" reducing areas is difficult.
