Hi it’s been around 4 months and the first few weeks were awful as glans was over sensitive but since it settled down, the glans is literally numb I can hardly feel anything even when I touch it.. it’s making sexual activity a bit disappointing as I hardly feel anything, will feeling in the glans ever come back or is to going to be numb forever and is there any creams or anything I can do to help me?

Thanks

Based on your other posts, it's 12 weeks and a day since you were circumcised. Things should have settled down by now though, so you may just have to get used to how things are now. It's rare, but some other men circumcised as adults have reported the same thing. Creams or sprays can desensitize your penis, but not give it more sensitivity.

The glans isn't particularly sensitive btw. Most of the pleasurable sensations come from the inner foreskin, the frenular delta, and just under the sulcus (the ridge).

The inner foreskin is definitely where the pleasure spots are now but my oh my does it swell up and go very red after any sort of action. Hopefully it will get better with time. I’m victim to the railroad stitching problem so these small bumps become large bumps after any activity and are quite painful to touch when swollen

Search for Foregen on google, first page.. no the sensitivity will not get better only worsen as you age
