Sorry, but there's some wrong information in some of the answers so far. It's normal to masturbate every day (or even more often) if you're 18, and I don't think it will have any effect on the size of the hole (the "urethral meatus"). The penis is still developing till the age of around 19 or 20, or even later if you hit puberty late, and it's normal for the opening to get larger during that time, regardless of how often you masturbate (or if you don't masturbate at all).
