Being circumcised tomorrow and asked for local anaesthetic but surgeon seemed reluctant

I was done under local, and was so thankful. My surgeon gave me the option.

I got done under general it was painless even recovery was some what painless on the most part it’s more uncomfortable than painful but it soon gets better with every week that passes by good luck mate 🙏🏻

Fantastic, the wait was the worst thing. Surgeon injected loads of anaesthetic so didn’t feel a thing, Meatloaf was belting out through the procedure only took about four tracks to complete the procedure!Passing a little bit of blood when I went for wee, hope that will stops!

Don’t know if that’s normal🤷🏻‍♂️

Don’t worry at all. It is all gonna be fine. Do follow the surgeon’s instructions without fail. That bleeding would not be bothersome if it is few drops here and there. If you are still worried, do not think twice to call your doctor.

Into day 2 post op, yesterday it looked like an angry red plum! Today swelling has gone down, still a drop of blood on dressing I keep on the the tip but nothing alarming.

Pain level same as pre op because of phimosis but tolerable.

Seems I’ve had a lose job done as tip is exposed but foreskin still 2 thirds up the head. Don’t know if it’s to do with the swelling or not. Too tender to retract at the moment. So don’t know wether to attempt washing or keep dry for one more day till swelling goes down further?

OMG, get general anesthesia. You won't feel a thing but lovely sleep and then when you wake up you will be pain free as they will shoot you up with pain meds. Getting local shots hurts like hell from buds that had that done. Go with anesthesia is my vote.
