Do you mean on your scrotum? You ought to see a doctor about this. Don’t be embarrassed.
Agree with xsevenx, please book appointment with your GP, I thought I was big and didn't bother and lost my righty, it may be something, it may be nothing, don't be embarrassed they see this kind of thing on a daily basis, good luck and hope its nothing serious
