I am a circumcised 50 year old man. Recently, I noticed that the head (glans) of my penis has many lines (cracks) which I believe is Keratinization and just old age. However, in addition to the Keratinization there are small bumps of flesh (like tiny skin tags) in random spots. Is this part of the Keratinization or could it be something like HPV warts. I have no pain or itching. Thanks!

Penis Head Texture is Bumpy
Is it on the Corona of the glans or the hard these have appeared? About the same age as you and the rest of it sounds like normal wear and tear!
They are on the glans only. I have no idea how long they’ve been there. I caught a glance at the bumps when the light from the window was shining in my direction after showering. I’ll admit that I’ve been sexually active the past few years with about 8-9 different partners. I’m Freeked out it could be HPV. Thanks for the reply. I hope you are right.
If you think you may have HPV, you should really take yourself off to a sexual health clinic. This would help out with your peace of mind, and you could be commenced on any necessary treatment. I am not an expert, but perhaps you should not continue to have sex (including oral) until you get the all clear - unless you use a condom.
