I've had circumcision 4 days ago and now the skin around the penis is itching and is somewhat black and other colours, but mostly black. Is there an infection or is it normal?

That sounds like quite normal for the first week or two after circumcision. Your penis is busy both healing and getting used to having a bare glans. Things tend to look worse and worse for the first week or so and then improve.

However, if you are worried about your healing then please talk to your GP or the surgeon.
