Got a very tight foreskin 6 weeks post prostatectomy, still not achieving a proper erection to stretch it, any tips?

Are you saying that you now have a tight foreskin as a consequence of prostate surgery? That seems an unusual coincidence.

And is your erectile function diminished since the surgery too?

I hope you can get a review appointment with the surgeon soon to discuss this unsatisfactory situation.

Unless you are diabetic I can't explain the foreskin, but it is normal to have, usually temporary, erection issues after prostate removal. As you know, it's all linked up down there. I do think you should go back to your doc if it hasn't resolved in a month or so. Good luck.
