Circumcision healing day 7

Hey, I am currently on day 7 after circumcision and there is still clear/yellowish stuff coming out of the wounds and slight redness around couple places. Is it normal or might It be infected? I also woke up this morning and there was quite a bit of pain on couple of stitches, probably because of boners. Other than that I only have pain around the frenulum part and a spot where one stitch has already fallen. Pain is probably like 3-4/10. My penis is not really swollen at all which I am suprised by. I am also super anxious about sleeping because I feel like the boners will open the wound at the place where the stitch has fallen off and that will lenghten my healing process.

Time to see doctor tomorrrow... just went to bathroom and noticed quite a bit of yellow discharge from a wound next to frenulum and it had a weird odor :/

Its a normal healing process dont worry, clean it soap or salt water two times a day and apply the cream given by doctor

Yea. I just got some antibiotic cream from the doctor
