Rough penis head and "cracks" on it

Hi.

So I don't remember since when I have this thing, I guess for several years. Instead of a smooth skin on a penis head it looks rough and has some cracks on it. Though there is no pain or itching. It just looks unpleasant. And cracks are located on a front part, "back" side where frenulum is looks fine and smooth.

I've seen several similar posts, in most cases these cracks are only visible when flaccid, while in my case they become even more visible and obvious when erect.

Just wanted to ask if this normal and is there any way to heal the cracks and smoothen out the skin?

If you are circumcised this is very common. Try using moisturiser on your glans.
