I had a similar problem, after about 3 weeks half of my stitches hasn't dissolved but the incision line was healed over, I snipped the stitches and carefully pulled them out. If they stay in too long, they can cause stitches tunnels

Bro, I tried I removed 4 stitchs successfully but after removing one stitch near frenulum there was one drop of blood then stop bleeding. Should I worry or it will heal automatically?

If you had stitch circumcision the most stitch should be dissolved with sking but if some remaining check with doctor once again and ask if fine.
