10 days post circumcision

I am 10 days after circumcision and my penis shaft have two wounds like pop wounds also the doctor cut me of 4 stiches ,,,,,,,my penis head is normal but the rest is swollen not like the first days but still swollen,,,,,,,,i notice that the wounds are not on the part of where my foreskin was operatwd they are on the body penis or shaft ,,,,,i am worries ,,,should i be,,,,
