Don’t touch it for at least another 4 weeks,it takes 6 weeks minimum for the incision site to heal, after 2 weeks it’s only the outer layer that’s healed, the majority of the incision is still un healed .If you have sex or masturbate before that you’ll cause damage and give yourself a longer recovery time with added problems. After 6 weeks,if you want to have sex you can, most guys still have the swelling due to fluid retention.so the doctors advise that you try sex with a condom to stop aggravating the swelling. The main thing is…most definitely don’t play around with it at all for another month, then see how it goes.
Just wait 3-4 weeks more for complete healing...I am on the same stage ... circumcised 2 weeks back...and have a ring like swelling.. it'll go by time....wait for it
Hey i m on my day 8... and i don't know why still my 1/3rd of my glans is covered... scabs around frenulum...Worried if the doctor had removed less skin. Would mind posting a pic.. ?
Sorry mate we can’t post pics on here also I was very swollen at your stage try not to worry to much swelling is normal so soon after operation I’m running into new problems like my incision line has not actually mended together
Most doctors that are experienced in adult circumcision will tell you to wait at least 7-8 weeks before indulging in penetrative sex.
I think it’s a good idea to also avoid masturbation for about 5 weeks as you should avoid any unnecessary movement, pulling, and yanking on the shaft as it will cause stress to the incision scar as it’s still healing.
