Penis problems since late teens

Been suffering from itchy urethra opening red hot scrotum pain on left testicle for years been tested for stis but negative also had discharge and feeling of peeing through broken glass when younger. Any ideas on what’s going on would b appreciated.

Nope since my late teens early 20s I’ve been tested on numerous occasions for sti all been negative no one has ever given me a reason why it keeps reoccurring

You might want to look into pelvic floor dysfunction. You could have a tight pelvic muscles. Look up on YouTube, they will explain it better

I would try to see a different doctor at your surgery, insist to the doctor that further investigation is needed as you’ve explored the STI analysis and all negative, I had constant left testicle pain and was examined, doctors advice was to wear more supportive underwear, as for itchy tip I’ve no idea, possible reaction to your soap?

I agree about supportive underwear. Makes a big difference alleviating my right testicular pain. Dual pouch is the best by far.
