10 days after circumcision

Hey guys, had my circumcision 10 days ago and i think it's going pretty good but i do got questions and im hoping the community will hep me out

1. the stiches are still present and I'm wondering on when they'll drop? and how they drop?

2. The glands are still sensitive but not as much as before and people say the glands start to peel to adapt but I've seen no sign of that, will it ever feel normal?

3. 2 days ago after waking up when my D realized it healed enough to do a full erection without extreme discomfort so it went hard for more than an hour and I couldn't put it down and I was forced to bust to stop the erection

4. Abit of the left side of my D slightly detached from the skin and it can be itchy at times and i put ointment under the glands, should I be concerned?

5. How long does it take for a proper smooth incision line to form?

I can’t help you with everything I’m afraid, but I can tell you that youre in period of time where your stitches should drop, mine just came off and fell on their own but never pull them yourself. mine did in a week or 10 days or so, I don’t really remember, it’s been almost a year. My glans didn’t peel to adapt in the start as well I think and I think they still haven’t peeled, but I think it was a bit dry (I don’t remember at all) but it’s not a problem cause my sensitivity dropped and is normal, your sensitivity will also drop as well in some time. Try not to bust so you don’t rip a stitch, I busted from my 5th day and on, and I’m lucky I didn’t break a stitch but I have still got some swelling left after about a year of my surgery. Try to not bust anymore and let it heal, good luck and have a good and speedy recovery!
