I have been tested and negative for all stds.

I have burning sensation at the start of urination, had it for 8 months.

I also have an itch on my scrotum without a rash.

Seems to be worse when I’m stressed/anxious.

Any idea what this could be? I’ve had no further exposure to std since negative tests.

No I haven’t managed to find anyone.

Can that fear actually cause physical burning sensation when urinating?

Your STI tests were negative several times. Have you talk with urologist about BPH?

PSA is just a blood test. Rectal examination is way to go.

Are you diabetic? The reason i am asking is,I had this issue since last 4 months. Low burning sensation around penis area, scrotum and tip if penis. I went to urologist and he found out that i am diabetic and said the sugar in the urine trap in foreskin and cause yeat growth(nvr had symptom though). He gave me a cream to use but it keeps coming back after the cream ran out. So i had to do circumcision and still recovering.

So just make sure its not diabetic or its side effects. At the same time he did the digital rectum test for prostate and found its inflamed. So this is another reason why i had burning issue

Took antibiotics for a month and now i do not have it.

Have you been screened for diabetes and yeast infection? Good luck in solving this issue.
