The cosmetic quality of any scar cannot be predicted. If it is causing you health or functional problems then you should see a doctor. Have you tried massaging it regularly with something like bio oil or coconut oil?

From your description, I’d say it’s pretty normal dude. Don’t stress over it, you’re still very early in your healing. I’m almost 6 months in and I still have a tiny bump where the scar is.

Healing happens at different rates and in slightly different ways for everyone.

If it’s causing you any pain or discomfort or you have any more questions then definitely check with your doctor. But I say don’t stress, you’re only 4 weeks in.
