Small Bumps

I have a bit of a tight foreskin and can pull my skin down when soft, and only part way when erect. I’ve also noticed these small bumps on the bottom of the gland, are these normal?

Hey! If you are very worried pls see a doctor. I had the same issue with you and recently got my frenulum removed which was holding my forsekin back and now im able to pull it back erect too (: now about the small bumps, if they are very subtle and tiny they might be pearly penile pupils which i have and its harmless. Either way, if you are very worried pls see a doctor!

Thank you, I might have to go! And the bumps I’m not too worried about, they don’t hurt and don’t feel them at all, just wanted to make sure they were normal! Thank you very much

If they’re small white bumps then they’re penile papules and are extremely common!
