Rubber band around penis circumcision cut when erect

I just went to my doctor, it’s been 4 months since my circumcision but there is still a tight rubber band feeling around the skin on where the circumcision happened /and my skin remains right below the head of my penis only when erect and I have to massage it enough and pull it down for the skin to pull down but once I let go it makes it go back up, also sex with condom hurts as it creates friction on the band. Anyone else have this? Doctor said scar tissue

Your doctor may well be right. Have you been massaging the scar with something like bio oil or coconut oil? That might help.

I have the same feeling, it loosens with time 👍

I had similar sensation just after healing . Dr gave me steroid cream but I didn't use it as in a few days things became normal. I think night erections and morning woods loosened the scar.
