I had a circumcision 3 days ago and I had some questions about the best way to bandage my penis in order to reduce discomfort and pain while walking. What I do now is use gauze and wrap a thin strip with bacitracin around the penis tip where the stitches are, I also put a gauze pad with bacitracin covering the penis to halfway down the shaft. And then another rolled gauze around all that to build a barrier. I’m still experiencing some discomfort when walking around, especially at certain spots where the stitches are poking out and sharp. Does anyone have any tips for what you used to reduce pain and how I should put the bandages on? Thanks!

I think it’s because I’m very young, I just turned 18. Also, I’ve figured out a good bandage situation covering both the head of the penis with gauze and putting a+d on it. As well as a strip of gauze that goes around the circumference of the tip of the base (where the stitches are) with bacitracin on the stitches and then the gauze on top of that. Weirdly, it actually usually hurts/aches slightly more when I’m sitting rather than moving around and standing!
I have been one month now since surgery and I'm wearing my normal clothes now. For the first week or so I was wearing some Tena Man incontinence pants. They were very comfortable. I wore some loose jogging bottoms so nobody noticed. I would recommend it.
