Tiny rips on frenulum after sex

Hello

I'm new here, 26 years old and over the past year I started noticing that very often during sex I start feeling some irritation and after having a closer look I realised there are tiny rips appearing on the frenulum. It never bleeds but it does give a burning feeling. My partner (F) and I have tried being extra careful and using loads of lube but it still happens.

I'm not sure if it's related but I do experience similar issue with my tongue frenulum. I can't stick my tongue far out of my mouth and my tongue gets really sore after giving my partner oral sex

Is there anything you could recommend? Do I go to GP or sexual health clinic about this?

I ended up being circumcised for those very reasons. Except mine would bleed like crazy. Urologist told me it’s because of an artery that runs to it. I dealt with it for years until it finally caught up to me. It started to be painful to retract foreskin to clean it

Sounds like a yeast problem. Use some Clotrimazole cream on it for ten days.
