I'd ask to see the consultant/surgeon again and see what he/she has to say.

can i take viagra for stretching of penis?

Unless you are unable to get an erection I would not try that.

But my penis length is short after circumcision so what i do?

It is often to do with swelling in the pens, the need for the skin to stretch. If you are overweight, your penis may be being pulled into the pubic pad. Check with your doctor if you are worried.
