a week ago i had a rough masturbation and next morning i saw my penis head turned red and there were small bumps on different places on the penis head with wrinkles around it. i thought it could be rashes or friction burn. The redness reduced but after 3 days when i again masturbated the redness again appeared and also it turned purple at the shaft of my penis head but it doesn't hurt at all.
Also the penis head remains dry after that day.
i am really worried about this.
Is this just rashes or some disease please help me. Its depressing. I need suggestions PLEASE HELP

It is not suggestions that you need but a diagnosis of you problem. If you have access to a sexual health clinic locally then that would be the place to go.
Thanks for replying But I don't have any local sexual clinic around me and due to covid it is not safe in my area to go out may be I should wait and let it heal on its own
If you are going to masturbate you need to take extra care especially if you have had a recent circumcision and if you can’t resist the urges I would highly recommend using a lot of lube making your penis slippery and less risk of getting friction burn
In my experience, I never had this happen to this extent. It was a little red after my first masturbation. That was back in July of 2020. My doctor told me to dress the head with Vaseline and wrap it. Which I did for 2-3 weeks. After that period I continued the Vaseline, but without the wrap. And it was fine. When it got irritated I applied Vaseline. After that masturbation session I did about 6 weeks in, it did get a little Agitated the next day. So I applied a thicker layer of Vaseline on it and it was fine the next day. Keep it moisturizer. That will both cut down on dry skin, and irritation you may have. But it looks as if you masturbated MUCH too early. And you’re reaping the consequences. Unfortunately this should be a learning experience.
I can post images of what happened to me if there's a specialist in here.Let me know if there's one
Hi. This is a forum for ordinary guys to give support to each other. It is not a forum for doctors and is definitely not a forum for having you penis health problems diagnosed. Diagnosis of health problems should always be sought from a healthcare professional.
This could be a sign of a serious problem, and you should go to your doctor right away. A trustworthy online publication said this about a Penis turning purple:
"Sometimes problems elsewhere in your body can affect your genital area, so talk with your doctor about how your medical history might contribute to bruising. Two very serious examples: Liver failure or congestive heart failure can cause fluid overload in your body that makes your penis and scrotum swell, says Dr. Brahmbhatt.
Bleeding disorders that affect your blood’s clotting ability, such as platelet disorders or coagulation disorders, could be factors in penile bruising, too, says Dr. Brahmbhatt. “The process of clotting is quite complex and so therefore any disturbance in the pathway can cause you to have excess bleeding (in the penis or elsewhere),” he says. Low platelets can result from a variety of conditions—cancers, chemotherapy, and viral infections"
Bottom line - you need to take this seriously and should see a doctor right away.
