Circumcised a couple weeks ago but it's strange

I got circumcised 3 weeks ago. I am mostly fine. I can urinate and masturbate just fine however I still feel like my urethra is being party squished in an area. As in when I pee or ejaculate it doesn't come out as a stream the way I expected but more like when you put your finger to cover half of a garden hose if you get what I mean. Is that normal after circ or should I be worried? (I got circed due to phimosis in case that affects answers)

Early to be masturbating You are not really giving your penis much chance to fully heal.

almost all stitches are gone there are only 2 small ones left. It's not like I'm going full barbarian I am doing it very lightly. I don't pull on the area where the stitches were. I'm gonna wait for another month or more before I dare to put any effort into it. But I feel like that pressure thing doesn't have much to do with the healing, if anything I would imagine the healing tightening it up further. Or is my thinking weird? 🤔

Your thinking about healing is weird. Healing post-op is not just about the stitches. The general guidance is to allow at least 6 weeks for both internal and external healing as well as protecting fragile new skin.

The problem with the urethra is likely to be because all internal healing has not finished.

Ahhhh gotcha. Thanks for the clarification 👍 I kinda thought that healing just went by a lot faster because I am only 19

you definately do not want to be masterbating in any way that early. Wait the recommended 6 weeks. It's recommended for a reason. i Waited 6 weeks to masterbate and it actually set my healing back thinking it would be fine. I'm 26.

That’s normal. My penis was like a sprinkler. It gets better over time. Just be ready to clean up if your standing, sitting eases the messes
